ENGAGEMENT
The first step to working together is an introductory phone call to discuss your needs and expectations and how we can help.
SELECTION
The process starts with the selection of the wood type, shape and dimensions. We’ll also chat about what you envision for table base design. Once that’s done, you can place your order. You can place your order with 50% down payment. Prices for custom orders start at $1995.
CUSTOMIZATION
Custom work on the piece begins, and if it is only a single item, it will take one week for the workshop to produce it. Once it’s made, it’ll take 3 months to be delivered to you, unless you need it quicker, then we offer an expedited delivery option at an extra fee.
DELIVERY
If you’re located within 50 miles of our warehouse (Cleveland, Ohio) this is included within the price of your purchase, along with assembly. If you’re outside of our delivery radius, it’ll be an additional delivery fee without assembly.
